Parents Can Now Lock Their Account to Prevent Changes

Kids are good with technology — sometimes a little too good, we’ve heard from parents with kids who are secretly changing their parent’s Bark settings.

But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! To help prevent your child from opening your phone and editing your parental control settings, we’ve added a new layer of protection. 

You can now create a PIN code that will prevent access to anyone but you after an hour of inactivity. This PIN code will work for both the app and the parent dashboard that’s accessed through any web browser. 

We hope this new feature gives parents a little more peace of mind that the settings chosen for their child won’t budge, which means kids are better protected.
