Announcing Subscription Pauses for Bark Users

We’re always striving to work more closely with our families to provide flexible payment options, and today we’re launching our new subscription pause feature.

For Bark users in good standing that pay with a debit/credit card, you can now put your account on hold for 1, 2, or 3 months. Here are a few more details:

  • You can start the account pause immediately or at your preferred date in the future.
  • While the pause is in effect, all Bark features will be unavailable. For Bark Phone users, cell service will also not be available. (Bark Phone users will need to own their device to use the subscription pause feature.)
  • If you wish to unpause your subscription early, you’ll need to contact the customer support team. Otherwise, all features will resume on schedule. 

We hope this new feature brings added convenience and allows you to manage your subscription in a way that works best for your family.
